Return & Refund Policy

At LEMKON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and e-commerce guidelines in India, we offer easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused and in original packaging
The product has not been opened or tampered with
You have the original invoice/receipt
The product is not damaged due to improper storage

Non-Returnable Items:

Products opened, used, or partially consumed
Products damaged due to customer negligence
Products where safety seals are broken
Items purchased as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at teamlemkon@gmail.com or via WhatsApp
Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide a prepaid return label
Ship the product back in original packaging

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Bank/Card processing may take 1-3 additional business days
COD customers can request refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)

4. Return Shipping

We provide a free prepaid return label for eligible returns
Use your nearest courier partner to ship back
Keep the tracking number for your records

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Report within 2 days of delivery with photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund
No return shipping charges apply

6. Refund Deductions

We may deduct from your refund:

Original shipping charges (unless product is defective)
Any discounts applied at purchase
Return shipping costs (if abuse is detected)

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement for full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may attract deductions based on order processing status.
